Receta Chicken And Egg Soup
Ingredientes
- 3 ounce chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 carrot, sliced
- 1 ounce frzn green peas
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1 quart. soup stock
- 1 teaspoon Sake
- 3 drops sesame oil (optional)
Direcciones
- Heat soup stock and add in salt, Sake and soy sauce. When it comes to boil, add in chicken and carrot and cook over medium heat for 3 min. Add in green peas.Beat large eggs well and pour slowly into boiling soup, constantly stirring. When large eggs become hardened, pour into individual serving bowls and garnish with scallions.
