Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Uncooked Bulgur (1 C. Cooked Brown Rice May Be Substituted For Bulgur.)
- 2 2/3 c. Boiling Water Divided
- 1 tsp Chicken Bouillon Granules
- 1 cl Garlic Crushed
- 1 x (10 Ounce.) Chicken Breast Skinned
- 1/2 c. Broccoli Flowerets
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped Green Onions
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp Chopped Gingerroot
Direcciones
- Combine Bulgur & 2/3 C. Boiling Water in A Large Bowl; Let Stand 30 To 45 Minutes. Or possibly Till Liquid Is Absorbed. Set Aside.
- Combine Bouillon Granules, Garlic, & Remaining 2 C. Boiling Water in A Medium Saucepan. Bring To A Boil Over High Heat; Add in Chicken. Cover, Reduce Heat & Simmer 20 Minutes. Or possibly Till Chicken Is Tender. Remove Chicken & Let Cold. Throw away Broth. Bone Chicken & Cut Into Bite Side Pcs, Combine With Reserved Bulgur. Steam Broccoli 5 Minutes. Or possibly Till Crisp Tender.
- Add in To Chicken Mix. Add in Green Onions, Lime Juice Pepper, Red Pepperflakes & Gingerroot To Chicken Mix, Tossing Well. Cover & Refrigerate2 To 3 Hrs.
