  • 1/3 c. Uncooked Bulgur (1 C. Cooked Brown Rice May Be Substituted For Bulgur.)
  • 2 2/3 c. Boiling Water Divided
  • 1 tsp Chicken Bouillon Granules
  • 1 cl Garlic Crushed
  • 1 x (10 Ounce.) Chicken Breast Skinned
  • 1/2 c. Broccoli Flowerets
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Chopped Gingerroot

Direcciones

  1. Combine Bulgur & 2/3 C. Boiling Water in A Large Bowl; Let Stand 30 To 45 Minutes. Or possibly Till Liquid Is Absorbed. Set Aside.
  2. Combine Bouillon Granules, Garlic, & Remaining 2 C. Boiling Water in A Medium Saucepan. Bring To A Boil Over High Heat; Add in Chicken. Cover, Reduce Heat & Simmer 20 Minutes. Or possibly Till Chicken Is Tender. Remove Chicken & Let Cold. Throw away Broth. Bone Chicken & Cut Into Bite Side Pcs, Combine With Reserved Bulgur. Steam Broccoli 5 Minutes. Or possibly Till Crisp Tender.
  3. Add in To Chicken Mix. Add in Green Onions, Lime Juice Pepper, Red Pepperflakes & Gingerroot To Chicken Mix, Tossing Well. Cover & Refrigerate2 To 3 Hrs.
