Receta Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-size pcs (no skin)
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
- 1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 c. carrots, sliced thin
- 1 c. chicken bouillon
Direcciones
- Heat 3 Tbsp. oil in large skillet. Saute/fry chicken. When brown, push to side and add in vegetables, cooking 2-3 min. Add in chicken bouillon, cook 2 min more or possibly till vegetables are crisp/tender. Combine 2 Tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. water and 3 Tbsp. soy sauce. Add in to mix, cook till thickened.
