Receta Chicken Burgers Mexicali

Ingredientes
- 2 lb grnd chicken
- 1 c. Atkins Bread Crumbs
- 3 x green onions minced
- 2 x garlic cloves pressed
- 1 x egg beaten
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro divided
- 1 Tbsp. grnd cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 c. green salsa
- 1 med avocado peeled, pitted, and cubed
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Combine chicken, bread crumbs, green onions, garlic, egg, 1 Tbsp. of the cilantro, cumin, salt and chili pwdr in a bowl. Mix well and shape into four 1-inch-thick patties. Place on a plate, cover and chill 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, mix salsa, avocado and remaining cilantro in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat and cook burgers 7 min on each side, till browned and cooked through. Serve with salsa mix.
