Receta Chicken Caesar Wraps

Ingredientes
- Marinade
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp garlic -- crushed
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 lb boned and skinned chicken breast halves Caesar Dressing
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese -- grated
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic -- crushed Flour tortillas Romaine lettuce -- minced
Direcciones
- In a large self-closing plastic bag combine first 4 ingredients. Add in chicken to bag and seal tightly. Turn bag gently to distribute marinade.
- Chill 15 min. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and arrange on the rack. Grill 10-14 min, turning occasionally. Remove chicken and cut into strips. In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients. Place Romaine and sliced chicken in warmed tortilla.
- Top with dressing. Fold tortilla.
