Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 3/4 c. minced celery
- 3/4 c. green pepper
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2-3 c. cut up chicken
- 2 c. stewed tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- Warm cooked rice
Direcciones
- Combine first 5 ingredients in 3 qt casserole. Cover and microwave 8 min. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice. Cover and microwave (high setting) 8 min. Remove cover and microwave 2 min more. Remove bay leaf. Serve over warm cooked rice. Makes 6 servings.
