- 16 ounce canned corn liquid removed
- 1/2 c. green pepper diced
- 1/4 c. onion diced
- 2 tsp chili pwdr
- 2 c. Pioneer baking mix
- 1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr green onions optional lowfat sour cream optional diced tomatoes optional olives optional salsa optional jalapenos optional
Direcciones
- HEAT oven to 450. BLEND (mix) first 6 ingredients; Pour into 2-qt bakingdish. BLEND remaining ingredients: POUR over chicken mix. BAKE 30 minutes.
- GARNISH . YIELD 4 to 6 serving.
- Note: called for 8 ounce. reduced fat Monterey jack cheese , cubed. I couldn'tfind it in my stores.
