Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp soy bean oil
- 5 oz chicken breast, boneless skinned, raw
- 1 oz celery, cleaned, sliced
- 2 oz green pepper, cleaned, julienne
- 1/4 cup K K chicken broth, # RO71100
- 1/2 oz water chestnuts, sliced, canned, drained
- 8 each pineapple chunks, canned, drained
- 1/2 cup sweet-sour sauce, # RO71301
Direcciones
- Heat soy bean oil in a hot wok, and saute the chicken pieces.
- Add celery and green pepper and stir fry while adding the chicken broth and water chestnuts. Cook until just tender.
- Add pineapple chunks and hot sweet and sour sauce, blending together to heat well.
- Place in preheated serving dish and serve.
