Receta Chicken In Lemon Sauce

Ingredientes
- 4 x chicken portions grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 x clove of garlic (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. marmalade
- 1 tsp mixed dry herbs
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley finely minced
- 1 x salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Method1. Place chicken joints in a suitable ovenproof dish.
- 2. Place all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- 3. Spoon sauce over the chicken and leave to marinade for I hour basting occasionally.
- 4. After one hour place in an ovenproof dish (uncovered) in the oven: cook till chicken is crispy golden brown.
