Receta Chicken Island Style

Ingredientes
- 8 x Chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. Diced bell pepper
- 4 x Ribs celery, 1-inch pcs
- 1 lrg Onion, in big pcs
- 1 can (no. 2) pineapple tidbits
- 1/2 c. White wine
- 1 can (small) water chestnuts, diced
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter
- 1 stk margarine Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- Slightly brown chicken breasts in margarine & garlic pwdr. Set aside.
- Place pineapple, celery, onion, bell pepper, wine & water chestnuts in long baking dish. Place chicken on top. Cook at 325 till chicken is done, about 50 min. Remove chicken, add in peanut butter to dish & stir to heat. You may add in more peanut butter if needed to thicken gravy. Serve over rice.
