Receta Chicken Liver And Anchovy Savory

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 6 x Chicken livers
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 x Anchovy fillets
- 1/2 c. Stock
- 3 slc Buttered toast (edged, trimmed and cut in 1/2)
- 2 Tbsp. Bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Gratd Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Heat butter in skillet. Saute/fry chicken livers, chop the livers with pepper and anchovy fillets till well blended. Return mix to skillet and add in stock. Cook over medium heat 5 min, stirring frequently. Place mix on toast. Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese. Place under broiler for 1 minute to brown.
