Receta Chicken Mandarin

Ingredientes
- 1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) frying chicken, cut into serving pcs
- 1/4 c. seasoned flour (good seasoning: Jason's flavored bread crumbs and/or possibly Mrs. Dash's)
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges, with juice
Direcciones
- Shake chicken pcs in a paper bag with seasoned flour to coat. In a skillet, heat oil and butter. Add in chicken and brown each piece. Drain mandarin oranges and save the juice for the next step. Set aside. Mix juice from the can with the lemon juice, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and ginger. Pour sauce over the chicken in skillet. Cover and simmer 30 min or possibly till tender. Add in mandarin orange sections 5-10 min before chicken is done.
