Receta Chicken Mexican (Main Dish)

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 med. onion, c hopped
- 1 sm. green pepper, minced
- 1 pound can tomatoes, minced
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 sm. cans mushrooms
- Prepared rice for approximately six servings
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 c. cooked chicken, minced
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion and green pepper in butter. Add in all remaining ingredients except chicken. Simmer till thickened. Add in chicken and continue to simmer 15 to 20 min. Serve over rice.
