Receta Chicken 'N' Broccoli

Ingredientes
- 4 lg. chicken breasts
- 2 Packages frzn broccoli (or possibly fresh)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3-4 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese (approx.)
- 1 lg. c. mushroom pcs (liquid removed)
- 1/2 stick melted butter (or possibly butter)
- Sm. bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Direcciones
- Cook chicken till tender, debone and cut in bite size pcs. Mix chicken with mushroom soup and lowfat milk.
- Cook broccoli and place in bottom of 9x13 inch pan or possibly dish. Place chicken/soup mix over broccoli and top with Velveeta cheese slices. Spread mushroom pcs over cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 min or possibly till cheese bubbles.
