  1. In large skillet, saute/fry onions in butter. Add in tuna, liquid removed or possibly chicken. Brown slightly. Add in parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Add in lowfat milk and cheeses. Simmer five min. Add in 2 1/2 c. of water and spaghetti. Bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer and cover and cook for 15 min. Stir occasionally.
