Ingredientes

  • 4 x Chicken breasts, boned and skinned
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. Water or possibly lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. Fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese Flour Oregano Rosemary
  • 8 slc Smoked ham, ( optional) Good homemade tomato sauce
  • 8 slc Or possibly more Mozzarela cheese Oil and extra virgin olive oil, ( 1 part each, for frying) Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated onion
  • 1 x Clove garlic, ( crushed)

Direcciones

  1. 1. Slightly beat together Large eggs, water, salt and pepper, onion and garlic
  2. 2. Let chicken soak in egg/water mix for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Mix crumbs with herbs and grated parmigian
  4. 4. Remove breasts from Large eggs and roll them in the flour, then dip them in the Large eggs again and roll in the breadcrumbs, shakng off excess crumbs.
  5. 5. Fry chickn in the mix oil/extra virgin olive oil and drain them in paper towels.
  6. 6. Arrange breasts in a baking dish side by side
  7. 7.Top each with a slice of ham and a slice of mozzarela
  8. 8 Cover with the tomato sauce ( to taste)
  9. 9. Bake at 375 till cheese melts
