Receta Chicken Pizzarella

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
- 1 c. Mushrooms, thickly sliced
- 1 x Clove (small) garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 can (8-ounce) tomato sauce Pepper to taste
- 8 x Chicken breast halves, boneless
- 1 c. Sliced Mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan heat oil; add in onion, mushrooms, garlic and oregano. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till onion is soft. Stir in tomato sauce and pepper. Place chicken in a 2-qt baking dish. Cover with sauce and bake, uncovered, 35 min. Put mozzarella on top and continue baking 5 more min or possibly till cheese is bubbling. Serve over linguini.
