Receta Chicken Quesadillas
Ingredientes
- 8 - 10 inch flour tortillas
- 1 lb. cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 chopped tomato
- 4 TBSP minced cilantro
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 500F
- In a large bowl, stir together the chicken, cheese, jalapenos, onion, tomato, cilantro, salt and pepper.
- Arrange 1/8 of the filling on each tortilla, covering half of it.
- Fold the tortilla over the filling; press down
- Place quesadillas, not touching, on shallow baking sheets.
- Bake until tortillas are crisp and golden, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a large cutting board and cut into wedges.
- Serve with salsa.
