Ingredientes
- 3 1/2-4 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (4 ounce.) can pimento, diced
- 1/4 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. coffee cream
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- Serve with Mushroom Gravy
Direcciones
- Combine ingredients, mixing lightly. Pack into well greased 9 x 5 x 2 3/4 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 1/4 hrs at 325 degrees or possibly till hard.
