Receta Chicken Rolls With Sour Cream

Ingredientes
- 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned & split
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 rib celery, minced
- 1 carrot, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 jar Italian cooking sauce
- Salt & pepper
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Shape chicken into 8 rolls and brown in butter. Remove and set aside. Saute/fry onion, celery, carrot and garlic till the onion is softened. Add in paprika and cooking sauce, blend thoroughly. Cover and simmer 20 min. Add in chicken rolls, salt and pepper to taste and simmer about 30 min, or possibly till vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Stir in lowfat sour cream and heat, but don't allow the sauce to boil. Serves 6.
