- 2/3 c. Minced, cooked chicken
- 1/4 c. Minced celery
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. Minced green olives
- 4 slc Thin-sliced sandwich bread
- 4 tsp Soft butter or possibly margarine
Direcciones
- Combine chicken, celery, salt, mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing, and olives.
- Spread each slice of bread with 1 tsp. butter or possibly margarine, then with 3 Tbsp. chicken salad mix. Trim crusts and cut each slice crosswise into four finger sandwiches.
- Yield: 16 open-face fingersandwiches.
