Ingredientes
- 8 drumsticks or possibly thighs
- 2 breasts
- 4 lg. potatoes, cut in lg. cubes
- 3 quartered fresh tomatoes
- 2 med. green peppers, cut in lg. pcs
- 1 med. onion, diced
- Salt & pepper
- Paprika
- 3 T butter
Direcciones
- Salt and pepper chicken pcs, then sprinkle with paprika. Brown chicken in butter. Put in Dutch oven, cover with 2 qts water. Add in all other ingredients except for the potatoes. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add in potatoes and cook for 30 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Serve hot in bowls. A crisp salad and hot French bread will complete the meal.
