Receta Chicken Supreme Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. (6 ounce.) UNCLE BEN'S® Long grain and wild rice with herb seasonings
- 3 c. cooked cut up chicken
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms sauteed in 2 tbsp. butter
- 6 tbsp. minced pimento
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. minced parsley (or possibly dry parsley flakes)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
- Sliced almonds (optional)
Direcciones
- Cook rice according to directions on package. Add in chicken, mushrooms, pimento, green pepper, parsley, soups and broth. Mix well. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Put in casserole and cover with sliced almonds. Bake at least one hour about 350 degrees.
- Serves 8-10.
