Receta Chicken, Wild Mushroom And Tomato Ragout

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Atkins Bake Mix
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 x chicken - (abt 3 lbs) quartered
- 2 x chicken legs or possibly 2 breast halves - (1 lb total)
- 1/3 c. dry porcini mushrooms rinsed, and coarsely minced
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. garlic-flavored tomato paste
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
Direcciones
- Mix bake mix, paprika, salt and pepper in a shallow plate. Coat chicken in mix; set aside.
- Place mushrooms, thyme, tomato paste and wine in a slow cooker and mix well. Lay chicken pcs over wine mix. Cook on Low 5 hrs.
