Receta Chicken With Artichoke Hearts And Mushroom

Ingredientes
- 6 x Chicken breast halves, boned and skinned Salt Pepper Paprika
- 1 stk butter
- 1/2 x -(up to)
- 1 lb Large fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 can (13.5-ounce) chicken broth
- 1/2 x -(up to)
- 1 c. Sherry
- 1 can (14-ounce) artichoke hearts, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper and paprika. Saute/fry in 1/2 stick butter. Put chicken aside. ln same skillet (don't use iron skillet) add in other half of butter and saute/fry mushrooms. Add in 2 Tbsp. flour to the mushrooms, salt and pepper, chicken broth and sherry (to taste). Simmer for 5 - 10 min. Place chicken breasts in a 2 qt casserole dish, pour sauce over, cover and cook for 1 hour at 375 to 400 . After an hour, remove from oven and add in artichoke hearts. Cover and cook an additional 30 min.
- Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
