Receta Chicken with Artihokes and Lemon
I got this recipe compliments of my All*You Magazine an WOW for such a simple recipe this dish is packed with loads of flavor.
Ingredientes
- 2 Lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut in half and patted dry
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 C all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. vegtable oil
- 1 C white cooking wine
- 1 12oz jar artichoke hearts with liquid (I used marinated artichoke hearts) coarsley chopped
- 1 leamon, Sliced
- 1 tsp. thyme
Direcciones
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and dredge in flour. Warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, turning once, until browned on both sides about 4 min total.
- Add wine and artichokes with liquid,bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 to 15 min. Scatter lemon slices over chicken, cover and cook an additional 3 minutes longer.
- Transfer chicken and lemon slices to a platter.
- stir thyme into sauce and cook 1 to 2 minutes more and pour over chicken.
