Receta Chicken With Sesame Seeds Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 x (3 lb) chicken, cut up 1 Tbsp. dry onion
- 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. garlic pwdr
- 2 tsp salt 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp. grnd ginger
- 1 tsp paprika 3/4 c. red wine
- 3 Tbsp. butter 1 1/2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds*
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Direcciones
- In a bag mix the flour, salt, garlic pwdr, pepper and paprika, Shake the chicken pcs in the flour mix to coat. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a heavy skillet heat the butter and lightly braise the chicken pcs. Arrange the chicken in a casserole dish.
- In the skillet which you braised the chicken in, add in the brown sugar, ginger, onion, garlic, red wine and soy sauce to the remaining butter. Stir the mix.
- Pour over the chicken in the casserole dish. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top. Cover the casserole dish and bake 45 min to one hour.
- Serves 4 - 6.Serve over rice with a green vegetable.*To toast white or possibly natural sesame seeds heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add in the sesame seeds and continuously stir till they are golden brown, 1 to 2 min.
