  1. Boil chicken. Cook and drain spinach. Heat 1 Tbsp. butter with 1 clove garlic, basil and tarragon. Add in 1 Tbsp. flour. Add in spinach, 1/3 c. heavy cream and cream cheese. Layer spinach mix on bottom of large casserole. Place boiled chicken on top. Top with sauce.
