Receta Chicken With Spinach And Cream Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 2 Packages frzn spinach, minced
- 1 can chicken broth
- 3 or possibly 4 chicken breast, cutlets
Direcciones
- Boil chicken. Cook and drain spinach. Heat 1 Tbsp. butter with 1 clove garlic, basil and tarragon. Add in 1 Tbsp. flour. Add in spinach, 1/3 c. heavy cream and cream cheese. Layer spinach mix on bottom of large casserole. Place boiled chicken on top. Top with sauce.
