- 1/2 c. tahini
- 1/4 c. fresh lime or possibly lemon juice
- 2 tsp blond miso
- 2 med scallions finely minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 pch cayenne

- In blender or possibly food processor, puree all ingredients and 1/4 c. water till smooth. If sauce is too thick, thin with a little more water or possibly lime juice.
