Receta Chili Cheese Bake

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Cooked rice
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 can Minced green chilies, (4 ounces)
- 2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 can Red kidney beans, rinsed and liquid removed (15 to 16 ounces)
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 tsp Dry oregano
- 1 tsp Creole seasoning
- 2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese, divided (8 ounces)
Direcciones
- In a greased 2-quart. saucepan, combine all ingredients except cheese.
- Top with 1-1/2 c. of cheese. Bake, covered, at 350 for 25 min.
- Top with remaining cheese, then bake, uncovered, 10 min more.
- Yield: 6 servings.
