Receta Chili Mac 'N Cheddar

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt CREAMETTES Elbow Macaroni (7 ounce)
- 2 can Chili with beans (15 ounce)
- 1 can Whole tomatoes, undrained, minced (16 ounce)
- 1 can Diced green chilies or possibly jalapeno peppers, liquid removed (4 ounce)
- 1 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounce) Lowfat sour cream Corn chips
Direcciones
- Prepare CREAMETTES Elbow Macaroni according to package directions; drain.
- In large skillet, combine chili, tomatoes with juice and green chilies; mix well. Simmer 10 min. Stir in cooked macaroni; sprinkle cheese over top.
- Cover; simmer till cheese melts, about 5 min. Serve with lowfat sour cream and corn chips. Chill leftovers.
- Makes 6-8 servings.
