- 5 Tbsp. Grnd New Mexican red chile
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd warm chile, such as picquin or possibly chiltepin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Grnd oregano
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt

- Gerlach. I have made this and is very easy and far better than store bought pwdr. Experiment with different chiles for hotter or possibly milder taste.
