Receta Chili Rellenos Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound beef, lean grnd
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 4 ounce. can green chilies, whole
Direcciones
- Brown meat and onion; drain fat. Fold in salt and chili pwdr. Beat lowfat milk with egg and flour; drain chilies and remove seeds. Layer chilies, beef, lowfat milk mix and cheese in 1 qt baking dish. Top with extra chilies and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 min. Can also be used as a side dish. Makes 2-3 servings.
