Receta Chili, Tvp Quick

Ingredientes
- 3 c. water (3 to 3 1/2)
- 2 can beans (16 ounce each) (I used kidney and pinto)
- 1 c. Textured-soy-protein granules
- 14 ounce canned diced tomatoes
- 14 ounce canned tomato sauce
- 1 c. green pepper minced
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 1/2 x cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. fresh cilantro leaves minced (opt.) (1/2 to 2/3)
Direcciones
- Combine everything in a large saucepan; heat to boiling. Reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 15 min and serve.
- Makes aprox 7-8 c. chili.
- NOTES : Tried this out on my hubby the other day. He gave it a good score. I did not tell him it was TVP till the next day. He thought which concept was great.
