Receta Chimichuri (Argentine Marinade)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 tsp Saffron
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. White wine vinegar
- 1 sm Onion, chopped
- 2 clv garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. Parsley, minced
- 1 tsp Thyme, dry
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Pwdr the safron threads and then steep in lemon juice for 20 min.
- Combine all ingredients with whisk.
- Marinate meat overnight. Good with shellfish and poultry.
- This is what makes an Argentine asado(barbecue).
