Receta Chinese Green Beans

Ingredientes
- 1 lb fresh green beans.
- 2 x green onions, minced.
- 2 x cloves of garlic, chopped.
- 6 x thin slices of fresh ginger.
- 3 Tbsp. of sesame oil.
- 1 tsp sugar.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce.
- 1/4 c. water.
Direcciones
- Cook the green beans in boiling water(to cover), 3 to 4 min; drain and plunge into cool water to stop the cooking process. Drain on paper towels. Cook green onions, garlic and ginger in warm sesame oil in a skillet 1 minute, stirring constantly; add in sugar, salt and soy sauce, and cook till sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Add in the green beans and water, reduce heat to medium, and stir-fry for 3 min. Serve immediately.
