Receta Chinese Pie (Crockpot)

Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd beef - (to 1 1/2 lbs)
- 3/4 c. diced bell pepper - (green and red if possible)
- 3/4 c. diced onion
- 1 pkt brown gravy dry (or possibly use mushroom or possibly onion)
- 4 med red or possibly round white potatoes - (to 6) diced
- 2 Tbsp. butter melted
- 1 can whole kernel corn - (15 ounce) liquid removed (or possibly 2 c. frzn corn)
- 1 can creamed corn - (15 ounce) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef with diced peppers and onion. Drain well. Place grnd beef mix in crockpot; sprinkle gravy mix over grnd beef mix.
- Toss diced potato with melted butter to coat and add in to crockpot; add in whole kernel corn and creamed corn. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hrs. Taste and adjust seasonings.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
