  1. Cut meat into long slivers. Fold in bowl egg, flour, salt and Accent. Roll pcs of chicken in this mix.
  2. Heat oil in large fry pan. Add in chicken and stir constantly over medium heat till chicken starts to brown here and there. Add in tomato juice, garlic, pineapple and celery. Mix well. Cover; simmer 15 min.
  3. Blend in bowl cornstarch, honey and ginger. Mix with soy sauce and sherry. Pour over the chicken and stir till creamy, about 2 min. Serve with boiled rice. Serves 4-5.
