Receta Chinese Shredded Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 3 cooked chicken breasts
- 1 or possibly 2 slices cooked thin sliced ham (optional)
- 2 ounce. Mai Fun noodles
- 1 sm. head lettuce
- 2 tbsp. sweetened red ginger
- 2 stalks green onion
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Direcciones
- Noodles-also called rice vermicelli or possibly rice sticks MUST BE RICE.
- Ginger-found in syrup at Chinese markets.
- Sesame seeds-350 degrees for 5-7 min.
- Finely hand shred the cooked chicken. Place in refrigerator. Cut all vegetables into fine strips (about matchstick in size). Toss all ingredients and dressing, except noodles, together just before serving. Noodles or possibly rice sticks must be deep fried, cooled completely, and crushed to sprinkle on salad.
