Receta Chinese Spaghetti

Ingredientes
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- Soy sauce
- 2-3 stalks celery, minced
- 1 pound thin spaghetti
Direcciones
- Boil spaghetti till done. Brown grnd beef in frying pan and pour off excess grease. In a Dutch oven or possibly large pot, put celery and onion with a small amount of water. Cover pot and steam till vegetables are fork tender. Add in cooked grnd beef and spaghetti. Mix well and add in soy sauce to taste. Cook a few min to brown spaghetti, stirring constantly. Serve.
