Ingredientes
- 6 ready made Pita cakes, pocketed
- 2 lbs. chipped (top round or possibly filet)
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 sm. head shredded lettuce
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 tbsp. julienne pimentos
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
Direcciones
- In very warm skillet heat butter; stir in beef. When beef is browned, stir in onions, salt, Cayenne, garlic, and mushrooms. Lower heat to medium; add in Worcestershire sauce. Heat cheese on top; spoon into Pita. Mix pimentos and lettuce; cover meat mix.
