Receta Choc Chip Pudding Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. soft butter
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 pkg. (12 ounce.) chocolate chips
- 1 c. nuts (opt.)
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) INSTANT pudding & pie filling, any flavor
Direcciones
- Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in large mixer bowl; beat till smooth and creamy. Beat in Large eggs; gradually add in flour mix, then stir in chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min. Makes about 7 dozen.
