Receta Choco Butterscotch Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. Pillsbury's Best All Purpose or possibly Unbleached Flour
- 1 c. Pillsbury's Best Medium Rye or possibly Whole Wheat flour
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounce. pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 ounce. pkg. (1 c.) butterscotch chips
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and shortening till light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Lightly spoon flour into measuring c.; level off. Add in all purpose flour, medium rye flour, wheat germ, baking pwdr and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips. Drop by rounded tsp. onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min or possibly till golden. 5 dozen cookies.
