Receta Chocolate Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Mashed ripe banana, ( about 2 medium)
- 1 pkt (21.5 ounce) fudge brownie mix
- 3/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350*. Grease 9x5 loaf pan. Beat Large eggs, lowfat sour cream and bananas in large bowl till well blended. Stir in brownie mix (dry), flour and nuts. Spread in pan. Bake 1hour 10 min to 1 hour and 20 min or possibly till wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 15 minutes.
- Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan. Cold completely before slicing.
