Receta Chocolate Cake (Wheat Free, Gluten Free)

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. soy flour
- 3/4 c. rice flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 tsp cocoa pwdr
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 x Large eggs
- 125 gm butter (melted)
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. castor sugar
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 175C (350F).
- Grease 20cm (8") cake tin.
- Sift flours and baking pwdr.
- Combine all ingredients and beat for 3 min with an electric mixer.
- Pour into prepared tin and bake for approximately 50 min.
