Receta Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Cocoa
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 2 pkt Cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Cocoa
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Almond extract Whipped Cream
- 1 can Cherry pie filling, chilled
Direcciones
- Crust - In a small bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, sugar, melted butter or possibly margarine. Press mix firmly into bottom of 9-inch spring form or possibly pie pan. (10 inch spring form worked ok).
- Filling - In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and sugar till smooth. Add in cocoa, Large eggs and almond extract; beat till blended. Pour over prepared crust and bake 45-50 min at 350 degrees till center is almost set. Remove from oven and cold about 30 min. If using springform pan, loosen cake from side of pan, cold completely and remove side of pan. Cover and chill. Just before serving, spread or possibly pipe whipped cream around top edge of cheesecake and fill top with cherry pie filling. (From Bellingham
