Receta Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Yeast
- 3 c. Bread flour
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. White sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. Soft butter
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Hot lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 c. Chocolate chips (6 ounce pk)
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients except chocolate chips into the pan in the order listed, select white bread and push
- "Start". When the machine "beeps" 5 min from the end of the second kneading, add in the chocolate chips.
- NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature.
- This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine.
- After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake at 350 f. for 35-40 minutes.
