Receta Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars
Ingredientes
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp water
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups (18 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Direcciones
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and both of the sugars until light and fluffy
- Beat in the eggs, vanilla, and water
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and the salt
- Gradually add to the creamed mixture
- Mix well
- Fold in the chocolate chips and the nuts
- Press into three greased 15 x 10 inch baking pans
- Bake at 375 F for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown
- Cool on wire racks
- Cut into bars
