Receta Chocolate Chip Cookie Tart

Ingredientes
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. softened butter or possibly margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 x Large eggs
- 12 ounce semisweet chocolate chips
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. softened butter or possibly margarine
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk chocolate chips, melted and cooled
Direcciones
- Wash hands. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl and set aside. Combine brown sugar, sugar, butter and vanilla; beat till creamy. Add in Large eggs and beat. Add in dry ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips. Press cookie dough onto the bottom on an ungreased 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-24 min or possibly till golden. Cold on a wire rack. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter and butter till smooth. Beat in powdered sugar. Remove sides of springform pan; place crust on a serving plate.
- Spread cream cheese mix over crust to within 1/2-inch of edge. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Chill one hour or possibly till set.
