Receta Chocolate Chip Cookies For Ice Creamsandwich

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (not quite full)
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. + 2 T flour
Direcciones
- Cream together first 3 ingredients till soft. Add in egg and vanilla. Beat well. In another bowl sift flour, salt and soda. Slowly add in mix to batter till well blended. Stir in walnuts and chips. Use soup spoon to drop dough about 6 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten each with back of spoon to make 3 inch cookies or possibly any size you want them to be. Bake at 350 degrees 12 to 14 min. Let cookies cool. Fill with ice cream. Freeze all on cookie sheet. Take out and wrap individually in aluminum foil. Return to freezer. Makes about 24 to 28 cookies that will be 12 to 14 sandwiches.
